COVID-19 Delivery Update
In light of current COVID-19 pandemic, please note that international shipping services are experiencing some delays and surcharges. Please allow an additional 7-10 working days for shipping due to the cancellation of an increasing number of flights and some country lockdowns, which cause transit times slightly longer.
Please note, we are unable to guarantee delivery time frames as delivery remains out of our control once an item has left our store. We have been advised that small delays may occur due to extra precautions our freight companies are taking due to this outbreak. For updates, please see the provided tracking number.
Having said that, we thank you for your patience. The above delays and surcharges may change at any given time and we will provide any update.
Domestic Shipping within Australia

- FREE domestic shipping when you spend over $80.00 in one transaction

- New Zealand $20
- Asia & USA & Canada $30
- Rest of the world $35
- Delivery time on average 7-14 days
Custom or import duties may be charged and these must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Should the customer refuse to pay the charges and abandon the delivery, we will deduct the corresponding fee from any refund due.
Order Processing Time
All of our items are shipped from Australia. Most orders ship the following business day. Packages typically arrive in 2-7 weekdays. If you need your package by a specific date, please send us an email before ordering to verify that it can arrive in time. We want you to receive your goods as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate any special requests!
However, during restock events, orders may take up to 4 weeks to fulfill. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, they will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship.
Please note that we don't ship on the weekends or public holidays, so please allow for an extra couple of days if you ordered over the weekend.
Returns, Exchanges and Redelivery
Returns and exchanges are accepted on new, unwashed, unused items and can be done no longer than 14 days after you receive your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and to be paid by customer, except in the case of damaged goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org whether you want to refund or exchange and include your order number.
In rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we'll contact you ASAP to exchange the item for another equal value. We make every effort to ensure inventory is accurate to avoid this happening. Note that if we don't get a response from you within 5 business days, we reserve the right to refund your order in full.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you via email. If parcels are returned to us because of an incorrect or invalid address or as unclaimed, then we have the right to charge a redelivery fee to ship the order back out to your correct address. This redelivery fee charge will depend on the size and the location of your order.
